What moves a figure up or down
A path that stops at search is shorter than a path that includes ancillaries, insurance, and a split payment. Apps with Malay, English, and a third language need a longer label pass. If your test account cannot reach checkout, we pause and re-scope rather than invent the missing screens.
Deposits
A thirty percent deposit holds the kickoff week. The remainder is due when the written document is delivered, before the findings session for the flagship review.
What we do not bill
There is no software licence, no per-seat fee, and no annual “plan.” If you only need a two-hour clarification call after a review, we quote that as a separate half-day or a short written note.
