What we collect
Contact forms collect name, email, optional travel-app name, the work you selected, and your message. During a review we may also hold colleague names, test-account identifiers, and session notes. We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site.
Why we hold it
We reply to enquiries, perform the agreed review, and keep invoices as Malaysian tax records. We do not sell mailing lists.
Retention
Enquiry mail that does not become an engagement is deleted after eighteen months. Engagement files are kept for seven years to match ordinary record-keeping in Malaysia, then removed unless a longer legal hold applies.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, a correction, or erasure where the law allows. You may object to mail that is not required for a live engagement. We respond within thirty days.
International transfers
The studio is in Malaysia. If a client asks us to join a call hosted outside Malaysia, names in that call may pass through the host’s country. We will say so when the call is arranged.
