Booking-path walkthrough
A half-day facilitated tap-through of one booking path, with notes taken as if a guest in Kota Kinabalu were changing dates after rain.
Some teams are not ready for a three-week review. They need the product owner, a designer, and an analyst to sit together and tap the same fare search or room calendar until the disagreements are on paper.
We facilitate that half day. The session follows one booking path only. We pause on date changes, passenger counts, and promo codes because those are the moments travel apps usually record twice — or not at all.
You leave with a shared session note, not a full event map. Many groups book the flagship review afterwards; some stop here if the argument was only about a single screen.
