These terms apply when you use webmeadowpoint.click or engage Web Meadow Point for a measurement review, walkthrough, workshop, or seasonal calendar. By sending a request or paying a deposit you accept them.
The work
We provide professional review and facilitation. We do not host analytics software, process bookings for travelers, or sell a licence. Written documents remain our intellectual property until the final invoice is paid; after payment you may use them inside your company. You may not resell the documents or present them as your own public research.
Your materials
Test logins, event catalogues, and session recordings stay confidential. You confirm you have the right to share them. We delete test passwords after the engagement unless you ask us in writing to keep a sealed copy for a follow-up.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for lost bookings, app-store ranking, or engineering delays after you receive a review. Findings are professional opinion based on the path we were shown.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Sabah have jurisdiction, with Kota Kinabalu as the preferred venue.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The version in force is the one published when you pay a deposit.
